The Rich Man said: Stop blaming me and thinking I’m the problem. If you think I’m the problem, then you have to change me. If you realize that you’re the problem, then you can change yourself, learn something and grow wiser.
“Let me tell you, it’s easier to change yourself than everyone else”
In a society, there are most people who make lot of money, and he still can’t pay his bill or meet his expenses.
The Middle Class or Poor Man taxed when they earn, they taxed when they spend, and they taxed when they die. The Poor Man taxed before spend While The Rich taxed after spend.
Learning how to have money work for you is a lifetime study. Most People go to college for years, and their education ends. I already know that study of money of Rich Man will continue over their lifetime, simply because the more I found out, I need to know.
People believe that more money can solve money problem but In reality the financial education solve all money problem.
The reason why Poor and middle class are always face money problem is fear and greed. First, the fear of being without money motivate to work hard, and then once they get money, desire of all wonderful things starts that money can buy.
The reason why Rich people are rich is n’t because of desire, but because of fear. The believe that money can eliminate the fear of being poor.
Important Question:
‘Will a Job be the best solution to this fear over long run?’
In my opinion, the answer is no. A Job is really a short term solution of long term problem.
Cause and Solution:
“I have met so many people who say ,’Oh I am not interested in money.’ Yet they”ll work at a job for eight hours a day. That’s a denial of truth. If they weren’t interested in money, then why they are working’. That type of mentality is Poor Mentality.”
” The main cause of poverty or financial struggle is fear and ignorance, not the economy or the government or the rich. Fear and Ignorance trapped the people in financial crisis.” My Highly Educated Friend had a great education but school never told him how to handle the money or financial education.
Golden Statement: “Learn to use your emotion to think, not to think with your emotion”
Summary:
“The Poor Man work for money While money work for Rich Man” can explained with following example:
A Man start a Restaurant Business. He appointed a Cook who make dishes for their customer, appointed a Cleaning man who ensure hygiene, appointed an Accountant who manage accounts of business, appointed Waiters to serve and appointed a Manager who ensure that each employee have fulfilled their responsibility with efficiency and effectiveness.
Here, Restaurant can still run properly without the regular engagement of owner.
Here, The Owner is not work for money, Money work for owner. Owner is able to generate revenue without their presence in restaurant.
Action:
Make a Business that give you regular and sustainable income for financial freedom.

मध्यम वर्ग या गरीब आदमी जब कमाते हैं तो कर लगाते हैं, खर्च करते हैं तो कर लगाते हैं और जब मर जाते हैं तो कर लगाते हैं। गरीब आदमी खर्च करने से पहले कर लगाता है जबकि अमीर खर्च करने के बाद कर लगाता है।
यह सीखना कि पैसे को आपके लिए कैसे काम में लाया जाए, यह जीवन भर का अध्ययन है। अधिकांश लोग वर्षों तक कॉलेज जाते हैं, और उनकी शिक्षा समाप्त हो जाती है। मैं पहले से ही जानता हूं कि रिच मैन के पैसे का अध्ययन उनके जीवनकाल तक जारी रहेगा, सिर्फ इसलिए कि जितना अधिक मुझे पता चला, मुझे जानने की जरूरत है।
लोगों का मानना है कि अधिक पैसा पैसे की समस्या को हल कर सकता है लेकिन वास्तव में वित्तीय शिक्षा सभी पैसे की समस्या का समाधान करती है।

मेरी राय में, उत्तर नहीं है. नौकरी वास्तव में दीर्घकालिक समस्या का अल्पकालिक समाधान है।
कारण एवं समाधान:
“मैं ऐसे बहुत से लोगों से मिला हूं जो कहते हैं, ‘ओह, मुझे पैसे में कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं है।’ फिर भी वे दिन में आठ घंटे नौकरी पर काम करेंगे। यह सत्य का खंडन है। अगर उन्हें पैसे में दिलचस्पी नहीं थी तो वे काम क्यों कर रहे हैं’। उस प्रकार की मानसिकता घटिया मानसिकता है।”
“गरीबी या वित्तीय संघर्ष का मुख्य कारण भय और अज्ञानता है, न कि अर्थव्यवस्था या सरकार या अमीर। भय और अज्ञानता ने लोगों को वित्तीय संकट में फँसा दिया।” मेरे उच्च शिक्षित मित्र की शिक्षा बहुत अच्छी थी लेकिन स्कूल ने उसे कभी नहीं बताया कि पैसे या वित्तीय शिक्षा को कैसे संभालना है।
